Prioritizing Customer and Employee Health at Jenkins Mitsubishi Amid Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak
At Jenkins Mitsubishi, we understand that many of our loyal customers and guests have questions surrounding how they can still shop our showroom amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
Our team is taking precautionary steps and measures to help maintain the safety of our guests and employees during this time. The staff at Jenkins Mitsubishi aim to continue offering a safe environment for all visitors and team members while still giving customers the opportunity to shop for a new vehicle. If you have any additional questions about the steps Jenkins Mitsubishi is taking, contact us directly.
Dealership Cleaning and Sanitization Processes
Due to the high amount of foot traffic Jenkins Mitsubishi receives, our dealership is disinfected throughout the day with a full deep-clean daily. Due to the higher risk of illness the area is currently facing, we have increased the frequency of sanitization at our dealership. Our staff uses approved cleaning and disinfectant products to help reduce the spread of germs and illness.
We have secured additional disinfectants, hand sanitizers, gloves, alcohol wipes, and other necessary supplies for guest and employee use. With additional supplies on hand we can better clean our dealership and keep the environment as clean and safe as possible. If any guests would like to use these items when picking up a vehicle, please ask a team member.
Maintaining a Safe and Healthy Environment
While Jenkins Mitsubishi is known for the friendly staff and positive experience we offer, we have advised all of our employees to suspend all physical contact and handshakes with our guests for the time being. By limiting the amount of interactions with our guests we can help reduce the possible spread of germs and illness. But don't worry, our positive guest-first attitude and winning smiles will still continue.
The Jenkins Mitsubishi staff has been advised that reporting to work is prohibited if they have been traveled to a CDC-determined high-impact area, been on a cruise recently, or have been exposed to a COVID-19 patient. Employees who meet the above criteria are required to self-quarantine and provide a doctor's certification before being allowed to report back to work. All of Jenkins Mitsubishi's non-essential business travel has been paused for the time being as well to help prevent the spread of illness.
With increased cleaning and sanitization practices along with implementing our social distancing measures, we aim to keep Jenkins Mitsubishi as safe and germ-free as possible.
